Does anyone know how to trace the telephone/IP address of a relay call I received?

I have received crank relay calls and would like to find out where they originated. I have the telephone numbers, but they only show they were from MCImetro, Ats., Inc.

1. If you have an IP address then use tracert on ur command to atleast find out the originating server . Click Start -> Run. Type CMD and then once in command prompt, type TRACERT and the IP.. You can also use visualware. Its a paid service. ------------------------------------------------------- If you have the phone number then use http://www.fonefinder.net to locate the originating city.. ------------------------------------------------------- That is all i know.. :(
2. Call Trace Dial a simple code after a prank or threatening call and the call is traced and stored on record automatically by Execulink Telecom Inc. If you wish to take legal action, this information can then be released to the authorities. How to Use Call Trace: When you receive a prank or threatening call, hang up. You don't have to stay on a call for any period of time. Call Trace can be activated immediately. Pick up the handset, listen for a dial tone, and dial *57. (Rotary customers dial 1157.) A recorded message will tell you whether or not the call was traced. Hang up. If the call was traced and you want action taken against the caller or if the call could not be traced, please contact us for further instructions. Call Trace Tips: You can use Call Trace on any telephone in your home. Call Trace only works on the last incoming call. If you receive another call before you activate call trace the last call will be traced instead of the threatening call. The number of the caller is recorded with Execulink Telecom Inc. and will be released only to the police on their request. You are not advised of the caller's telephone number. If Call Trace cannot be activated, a recorded message will let you know.
