How come this person keeps relay calling my house everyday it's annoying should i call the cops on this person

1. yea you should, or answer the phone and threaten to call the cops if they keep calling, if they do, get the cops!
2. Is this person a man, a woman or a kid?? Do they seem mentally stable? If not call the police, They may want to talk to you but are shy or they are harrassmen jerks because it is obvious, as we should all be, you are seeing a pattern to these questionable phone calls. Call the police and ask them what to do about it but I would try to get their phone number and put your cell phone voice mail to answer your messages for awhile. You want proof that it is everyday. Is it someone trying to sell you something??? These are all the questions a police officer would ask. When this person is found and confronted you don't want them to make up a safe excuse that gets them off the hook for bothering you everyday. Good Luck.
3. I would recommend you contact your phone company first and ask them for advise, they may be able to block calls from that person for you. Or some other action that would get results for you!
4. Relay calls are usually from people who are deaf. The caller is typing into a TTY machine. The relay agency just reads what is typed. They then type your response into their TTY machine. It may be the person is providing the agency the wrong phone number. Ask to speak to the relay agency supervisor. Explain that you are not sure who is calling and why. Ask them to assist the caller to obtain the correct number that the caller is seeking. Explain that the calls are annoying because of their frequency and not being someone you recognize.
5. IF THIS IS A "RELAY CALL" IF I UNDERSTAND U CORRECTLY IT IS A PERSON WHO IS HEARING IMPAIRED TRYING TO CONTACT U OR MAYBE THEY HAVE THE WRONG #. IF IT IS ONE OF THESE CALLS JUST TELL THE OPERATOR (WHO RELAYS WHAT U SAY TO A TDD MACHINE WHICH THE HEARING IMPAIRED RECEIVE) THAT U BELIEVE THE CALLER HAS THE WRONG NUMBER
