What the hell is this BS about? I know it has to do with sales but I'm wondering if this kind of thing is normal?

  1. Yes, it is normal. Relay Service is for people who are deaf. They type a message with a special machine to an TTY operator. The operator asks you a question and then types your answer back to the person calling.
